thank you, 不明白IO找不到the approved I-140 from A#, they will very likely deny my I-485 after my EB1 was withdrawed (I have withdrawed already). 但CIS就是不LINK I-485 with the approved, concurrently filed I-140 even I have told them many many time that this I-485 was orginally filed NIW I-140 together through the calls and letters.
