many people approved, but mine is terrible

NIW (approved) with I-485 in Sep/2005 and I-485 was transferred to NSC after filed EB1 (pending) in 10/2006. Every time I was told NC clear when called USCIS. But every time they can not find my approved NIW I-140 from my A# so that they hold up my I-485 processing. I wrote N time, called N times to remind CIS that my I-485 was concurrently filed the approved NIW 140. But until today I called CIS again, they still can not find my approved I-140 from my A#, they only can find this I-140 from 140 receipt No I provided.

I am really tired of this thing, wrote to FL, senator, congressman. but today still heard the same story from the CIS. Think of WOM, but the priority date will retrogress next month. I am out of option now. My mood is very bad now.
