老公现在是H1B1，我和孩子是H4, 都是明年五月到期。 刚刚收到H1B approval notice 和 I-94 valid from 10/01/2015.
请问8老师：1) 10月以前，全家出入美国是否不受影响，

用旧的签证?
-Yes. But you and you child need to file I-539 to extend your H-4 before your I-94 expires in May 2016 unless you go out of US after Oct. 1 and before May 2016 (in this case, you can get the H-4 I-94 based on your spouse's H-1B using H-4 visa).
我和孩子还没file I-539.
-Not need to file I-539 at this time.
2）10月以后，全家出美国， 是否也要再签H1B visa 才能回来？
-Yes, and you and your child get the H-4 visa based on your spouse's H-1B
