Your hobby would need to transfer his H1-b sponsed by his new employer. That is for sure.

Just like to remind you : If the "big" employer does not sponse your man's H1 and he already resign from the curent one, you guys would be in trouble. So make sure the new employer is willing to sponse your H1/H4 FIRST.

Another way to prepare the accident : you change your visa to F1.

In addition, arguements between a couple are normal. the key point is mutual respect, understanding and accomadation. As long as you guys love each other, everything is gong to be fine.
