请问，老公是美国绿卡（有工作），我是加拿大PR（无工作）

我老公在美国工作，有绿卡、有工作，我在加拿大，是PR、无工作，请问老公报美国税时，能不能把我加进去，一起报MFJ(married filing jointly)？能不能申请免税(exemptions)?
