备战感恩节家宴之 梅香樱桃肉

加拿大的感恩节是十月份的第二个长周末，美国的还要再等一个多月的时间，收获的金秋令聚会色彩更浓，就从今天起，开始备战感恩节的家宴餐桌。

 

樱桃肉，川菜红烧肉做法的延伸，因烧好的肉块形似樱桃、色如樱桃而得名。

 

虽不是大口吃肉的酣畅淋漓，却因味道的浓郁，汤汁的红亮，和肥瘦相间的五花肉入口即化的软糯，成为家宴餐桌上的精品。

 

其实川菜并不全是花椒和辣椒的强势组合，没有这两味主料时，也有别样的美味。

 

 

百菜百味的川菜，用的都是寻常的食材，却能调和出惊艳的味道。今年的感恩节，不妨添一道梅香樱桃肉，如何？
