一个房客每月都晚交房租, 有时要到20号以后才交
Eviction 两次,都没成功。第一次上庭之前交了房租,dismiss the case
第二次2019一月,上庭后,法官给了judgement, 要三天后(1.27)付清房租,三天后没付,filed evition and get writ of possesion。eviction appointment with Marshal on March 6th,2019,结果租客二月底全部付清
结果canceled the eviction
1. Question 1: 我不喜欢这个房客,如果四月他还不按时付,我可以关闭银行账号或把他房租返给他,
then file eviction 吗?
2.Question 2. 我们州房东房客规定(Georiga),好像拿到judgment 以后,即使他再付past due rent,
I still can evict him. Anybody knows about this rule? Below is from the rule- 实际操作中是如何做的?
'Once judgment has been entered, even if you pay the landlord the money, you can still be removed from the property.'
