举手问个问题

一个股票。 今天收在$19。 一般也就在18-20 晃悠。 有人买了1500个$16的call 12/15 到期。price $2.75。是不是表明这个卖家坚信这个股在到期前要涨过19。一次买1500 call是不是大手笔。 这个Yahoo finance上给的1500 是指 1500股 还是1500 手（1500x100股）
