08/17 上周美国国会同意与墨西哥以WTI交换重原油使得美国因轻油炼油厂厂能相对于轻油日产量不足得以部分解决。
美国轻油今年初过产约70万桶/日，现在大约是55万桶/日。与墨西哥交换提炼每日可减少了10万桶。所以美国还需要继续减产40万桶。岩页油油井自然衰减相当快，估计再两个月就能达到平衡。那时，WTI原油价格就会在48元附近。这也使得WTI原油价格的40元底不容易跌破。但估计本周原油将测试40元的底部，所以有DWTI的可以在195元时卖出。

今天原油可能会先向下然后再往上涨。有人估计因原油期货的期权今天到期会导致强烈的反弹，这不一定。做空期权重本身不会导致反弹。期权交易者大部分会平仓，不会直接转换成期货。期货可以交易到本周四。若是反弹，是因为期货超卖非常严重， RSI已达23， ACCU/Dist。 低于负10万，若不是今日反弹，就是明日。

DGAZ盘前已经超过5.65元，达到5。72元。有DGAZ的可以卖出获利了结，继续买进UGAZ。天然气支撑点在2.74元。
上周的气温虽然不是特别热，可是清管线的问题可能导致近10BCF的进口减少。本周气温会比上周热，可能是今年全国平均最热的一周。所以天然气有望上2.90。
