Baker Hughes Incorporated has posted Weekly Rig Count reports to its Investor Relations website. BHI Rig Count: U.S. -2 to 874 rigs U.S. Rig Count is down 2 rigs from last week to 874, with oil rigs up 5 to 664, gas rigs down 7 to 209, and miscellaneous rigs unchanged at 1. U.S. Rig Count is down 1,015 rigs from last year at 1,889, with oil rigs down 909, gas rigs down 104, and miscellaneous rigs down 2. The U.S. Offshore rig count is 34, up 3 rigs from last week, and down 24 rigs year over year. BHI Rig Count: Canada +15 to 215 rigs Canadian Rig Count is up 15 rigs from last week to 215, with oil rigs up 14 to 112, and gas rigs up 1 to 103. Canadian Rig Count is down 177 rigs from last year at 392, with oil rigs down 114, and gas rigs down 63.
