Frankly, 我不懂经济。 The "Occupy Wall St."， mainly was triggered by high tuition fee， and might also due to high food/gas price, and most of those guys are white, 不是被镇压了吗？ So, I can't tell why interest rate have to be raised unless the government wants to, like they did on oil price. I personally do not think oil price went down by nature or because government loves it's people lately. I think the purpose was to give Russia some Color CC.
