First week trading analysis

Learn from my trading mistakes and try to avoid it in the future trading.
First week:
Total profit: $62,225
Winning trades: 40 
Total winning gain:$105,579
Average each winning gain: $2,639
Losing trades: 15
Total loss: -$43,354
Average each losing trade: -$2,890
Winning/losing ratio=40/15= 8:3

Largest winning trade: $20,412  VJET
Largest losing trade: -$17,358   VJET

I will try to cut the average losing amount less than my winning amount next week.
