我做option的方法，敬请投坛大佬们指正。

俺老猪没什么文化，做地主也不敢斜挂盒子炮去收租，因此地租的CAP RATE很低。现在开始玩option。只要高于地租的CAP RATE，就很开心。

新手献丑， 敬请大佬们指正。

先玩SPY:

买入SPY@140， 同时，在1-2个月内卖出 SPY June155Call @4.5 and June125Put @1.7. 

成本为$140 + $125/2（cash deposit)=$210

有3种结果：

1. 125<SPY<155, 赚$6, rate: 6/210=2.8% 半年。 not bad for lunch money.

2. SPY<125, forced to Buy SPY@125, cost $119. How long the SPY will keep under $119?

3. SPY>155, forced to sell SPY@155, 赚 $15 +$6 = $21, Then, how long SPY could hold higher than $155?

半年以后，还有很多机会进场。
