也来一个数学题求解

一堆柿子，分8堆剩4个，分9堆剩2个，分11堆剩5个，这堆柿子最少有几个？要求不能用解方程的办法，只许用分析推理的办法解，讲出来让小学生也能懂（所以我有意把数字设得简单些）。因为解方程固然是很强的工具，但不利于发展头脑灵活思考的能力。
