多谢，关于第二个问题还有些糊涂。

2）我升职的话，会影响现有的EB3 perm么？工作地点和内容都没有什么大的变化

-It is possible to affect the Eb3 I-140 because PERM is position-specific. But if you and your employer convince USCIS tha you will work for the Eb3 position after the GC is approved, you may be fine.

这儿有点糊涂，我现在要申请EB2的话，肯定不能在原有的EB3的职位上，那么怎么：“ convince USCIS tha you will work for the Eb3 position after the GC is approved”。 我的EB3的140都批了，也交了485。
