Current, EB3 RD 04, NSC.

Have seen more and more people got greened recently. Feel happy for them, in the meanwhile, got more worried about myself. My file is still pending. No one even touched my case since 8/2007 (FBI name check cleared). Wonder any reasons or how those IOs get apporach to the cases.
