请教各位老师：

去年申请EB1a(140和485同时递交)，后来两个同时被拒，现在140和485都在appeal，appeal的收据上显示case在AAO。但网上485仍然显示denial。现在EB2排期到了，请问老师：我能申请将这个485 relink 到EB2的140上么？万分感谢！！
-Did you receive any notice (mail or email) from USCIS indicating that your I-485 case has been reopened? If yes, you can do the relink, otherwise, no. You may contact USCIS to see whether your denied I-485 has been reopened after you filed I-290B. Talk to your lawyer if you have one.
