appeal交上去几个月了，只收到过收据。网上状态仍然是denial。
-You should have received something (mail or email) from USCIS if your case has been reopened after filing I-290B like: "Case reopened or reconsidered based on USCIS determination, and the case is now pending.
We reopened this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS on MM/DD/YYY, and are now reviewing our earlier decision......"

If your I-485 case status is still in denial, then you can  not do the relink even if you have filed I-290B. So, contact USCIS to see whether your case has been reopened. Another choice is that you may just  file a new I-485 in case your PD may become not current again. It is: 花钱买心安.

不知为什么一直没有reopen.能打电话给USCIS查询并请他们reopen 485 么？
-Yes, either calling USCIS or visiting the local office. Tell them you have I-290B for the denied I-485, and provide your I-485 receipt number and the I-290B receipt number.

网上relink的过程好像很简单，但我的485有点复杂，这种relink自己办还是交给律师办好些？谢谢！！
