I am very sorry to tell you that we do not have the accurate number of I 485 submission this Jan. LIA EB2 research group is not willing to employ the lobbyist to obtain these data every month, since lobby firm asks high price for that. For this reason, we obtained these data from public news. For example, Mrs. Danhong Cheng released the data in her webpage; you can click the link in my paper to find it. By the way, Mrs. Cheng said that USCIS receives 700 I-485 petitions per week, but not a month. Finally, we are the volunteer as you. If we are willing to collect more data from USCIS, we have to ask for donation. However, the price of lobbyist for these data is too high to be accepted by us. We can have them from public news later.
