我6月份在这里发过一个帖子，被控告家庭暴力。
Prosecutor给我一个offer，conditional discharge，给我一个violation, 要跟我三年，没有记录。
我本来想Take,在我律师的坚持下没有拿，直接要求trial。于是Prosecutor就一直拖，每次都是they are not ready, case continued。下次开庭要10月份。这个事情5月底就发生了，要拖4个多月还不一定能结束。
其实我take the offer也没什么，只是感觉DA根本就听我老婆一面之词说我威胁她，很不公平。
因为order of protection，我不能回家，必须住亲戚家，还要负担家里的所有开销。我感觉法律就是为了富人服务的。
我被charge如下几条
1.120.15 Menacing in the third degree.
A person is guilty of menacing in the third degree when, by physical
menace, he or she intentionally places or attempts to place another
person in fear of death, imminent serious physical injury or physical
injury.
Menacing in the third degree is a class B misdemeanor.
2. 145.00 Criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
A person is guilty of criminal mischief in the fourth degree when,
having no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he
has such right, he:
1. Intentionally damages property of another person;
3. 260.10 Endangering the welfare of a child.
A person is guilty of endangering the welfare of a child when:
1. He knowingly acts in a manner likely to be injurious to the
physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than seventeen years
old or directs or authorizes such child to engage in an occupation
involving a substantial risk of danger to his life or health;
4. 240.26 Harassment in the second degree.
A person is guilty of harassment in the second degree when, with
intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person:
1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other
person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same;
