the judge will call you

just stay home. if you english no good, the judge will find a transltor for you.
if you belive your english(about law), just tell the judge that you want to forgive your wife, do not want anybody to sue her, and you and your kid still love her, ask judge to dismiss the case.

remember the word "DISMISS".
