离婚前必须分居一段时间吗

如果双方同意协议离婚,无异议,能否不分居而直接离婚？法院会判吗？另外,如何查本州对分居期限的要求。

如果必须要分居一年才能提出离婚，我们可不可以分别委托家人在国内提出离婚？我们是在国内结的婚。国内好像没有分居的要求。
