Royal caribean cruise

We are booking the Enchantment of the seas from Royal Caribean Cruise from Baltimore. We hope to have quiet and less motion cabin. Can anybody given some suggestions?

I called the customer service, and was told that front side is the part having more motion and the second deck is a good choice, is it correct?
