[Q]: about cruise

Can somebody tell me the popular cruise destinations and their seasons?

I have been to Alaska Cruise from Seattle in August, which has a windy section on the open sea out of Seattle. Do other cruise routes have similar problem with the open sea, especially the Mexico Pacific Coast Cruise?
