刚才check一下email发现那个人通过paypal的付款

这样说邮寄也不成了，只能实话实说。

求各位帮忙分析我能不能argue出什么结果？
第一，被通知接收到欺诈付款是3个月后的事情。
第二，我已经在被告直接受到欺诈付款时已经关闭了paypal账户一个多月。我无法使用paypal的email里的claim地址
第三，我能提供证人和对方的车牌。

最想知道的就是，会不会上庭？如果没有argue出结果。如果上庭，我败诉会不会付更多的钱？

很郁闷，如果没有希望只好认了。拜托各位大侠了
