栗子蛋糕

刚刚熊猫媳妇问我做蛋糕没有，本人还真的做了一块小蛋糕。看来还是我团的成员彼此了解啊！

 

 

这个蛋糕是我练习挤basket weave的习作（还是有衔接不好的地方，还要请上课学过的同学指点我一下），也是给爱厨JJ交的一个作业。蛋糕体用的是她的方子。真的是很香浓！不过饰面的栗子奶油做了改动。因为要编一个篮子，原方的奶油可能不太适用。我做蛋糕纯属图个过瘾，所以特意败了四个直径3寸的小圆模，这样子就可以做很多种不同的蛋糕又不必担心吃太多甜品了，乐一下先！

蛋糕方子就不帖了，请大家看爱厨的栗子蛋糕。我只写一下我用的奶油方子：

栗子泥200g, 鲜奶25g, 鲜奶油50g, 无盐黄油45g, 朗姆酒5g

1 用已加热的鲜奶和鲜奶油稀释调匀栗子泥。

2 一面搅拌1，一面加入放在室温中已回软的奶油打发泡，再加入朗姆酒。

我用这样做出来的栗子奶油涂满蛋糕打底，然后再用basket weave花嘴在涂了奶油的蛋糕上挤出篮子纹。
