自己做鱼松，很简单的。

用美国超市里的tuna罐头， 把水控干，在锅里加油，稍微多一些，不停的炒，大约20分钟，直到水分全干，加酱油，糖，盐，和芝麻，鸡精调料，若加上海苔，就成了芝麻海苔鱼松。
