is a 28 yr old Corea Lee, a korean born kid. He might be the equivalence of Mozart, but I'd trust the taste bud and technique of, say, Daniel Boulud more.
I'm impressed by Cecilia Chiang, boy, she looks impressive at what, 80 or 90(?). That's called aged gracefully.
