面包机发面 做豆沙面包，奶油肉松面包，奶油面包卷

前几天希林秋安MM贴了个很像辫子面包的面包，做法却比俺过去辫的辫子面包简单多了。感恩节到朋友家爬梯，便做了几个假辫子面包。爬梯上假辫子大受欢迎，贴上来显摆一下。谢谢希林秋安！

将如下材料放入面包机，开机做dough。
3 1/2 杯面粉
3 大勺糖
半茶匙盐
2 茶匙快速发酵粉
半杯水+半杯牛奶
2大勺 vegetable shortening
1 个蛋

将面包机发好的面团切成4份。



豆沙面包
面团擀成长方形，涂上豆沙，二边切出梳子条。
 
左右相隔将豆沙包好


奶油肉松面包
奶油就是Cream Cheese 加白糖搅和好后的奶糊
 

这个是涂上Cheese奶糊后加肉松
 
将肉松包好


奶油面包卷

面团擀成长方形，涂上Cheese奶糊

卷起来后切成一小段

烤盘或锡纸上喷些油防面包底部沾连


将做好的面包条面包卷排排队放好。俺为了多快好省，连烤盘也省略了，锡纸直接放在烤箱架上。烤箱开300度2分钟后关掉，将面包放入在温暖的烤箱里醒40分钟，烤箱里同时放一大碗开水，借挥发的水气以防面包表面干燥。


醒过的面胚取出后涂上蛋液。烤箱预热到350度后放入面包烤20分钟。


面包卷都亲密滴沾在一起分不开了。看来还是急不得，下次要分二次烤！
