肉桂卷——北欧人喝咖啡时最喜欢的甜点

北欧人对肉桂卷有着深深的爱。估计是因为北欧的冬天太冷了，而肉桂卷的高热量正好可以保证户外活动的需求。面包房里，超市的面包区以及咖啡厅里，到处都有它的身影。喝着冒着氤氲香气的咖啡，吃着甜甜的肉桂卷，看着窗外雪花飞舞，寒冷的天也没那么冷了。

        大家试试吧，这个方子超级推荐，非常好吃哦。

面团原料：

高筋面粉（high- gluten flour）500g，

牛奶（milk）240ml，

鸡蛋 （egg）1个，

黄油（butter）50g，

肉桂糖粉（cinnamon sugar）10g，

盐（salt）3g，

白砂糖（sugar）70g，

干酵母粉（dry yeast）6g

馅儿和装饰原料：

肉桂糖粉30g（cinnamon sugar），

黄油（butter）60g，

白砂糖（sugar）40g，

装饰糖粒（pearl sugar）15g，

蛋黄（yolk）1个。

烘烤：烤箱225℃预热，烘烤15分钟左右。
