香酥鸡排——外酥里嫩，少油健康

香酥鸡排外酥里嫩，一直都是大小朋友都喜欢的美味。在国内的时候吃了好多，现在没得吃了，只好自己动手做了。我的这个做法，没有用油炸，只用了少量的油来煎，但是成品和油炸的也差不太多，一样好吃，而且少油，更健康。喜欢的话，你也试试吧。

原料：

鸡脯肉2块  （260g），

盐3g，

葱20g，

姜10g，

糖2g，

黑胡椒粉1g，

生抽12g，

油30g，

低筋面粉100g，

鸡蛋3个，

面包糠100g。
