夹心豆腐

夹心豆腐

一盒豆腐切成四份

再切成四薄片

调肉馅：猪肉，虾，鱼，1:1:1，加泡好的香菇，加盐胡椒粉，一个鸡蛋，二大勺玉米淀粉混合拌匀

将肉馅放入一面豆腐上压平（肉馅可随自己的喜好搭配）

盖上另一层，夹好的豆腐

把夹好肉的豆腐先沾面粉

再沾沾蛋液，注意用一支手操作

烧热油，放入沾上蛋液的豆腐，用中火煎。

炸至两面金黄即可

可以做成豆腐煲，也可以蒸再勾薄芡。谢谢观临！
