Actually farm raised is safer than Alaska wild caught salmon.
Wild caught salmon from Alaska is infected with Japanese broad tapeworm.
But as long as the fish is deep frozen the parasite dies.
30% cooked salmon tastes so much better than well done. It's fatty and rich.
My daughter wouldn't eat it otherwise. Fully cooked salmon is usually very dry.
We only eat it once a week, 12 oz total, as recommended by CDC. Too much fish or seafood is not safe.
