小高姐做的【煎饼果子】

这个摊煎饼的小棍可以在ebay搜索crepe spreader, 一块钱可以买两个。不过是从中国寄过来，等时间长一点。 做煎饼用的是绿豆粉，不是绿豆淀粉，不要搞混了。绿豆粉如果中国超市买不到，可以到印度超市找找。我的绿豆淀粉是在印度超市买的。实在买不到只用面粉也可以。我家的豆粉用完了，我也经常只用面粉做，口感上稍微黏一点而已。
