我的简易版四川泡菜

图中是我去超市买的一个西洋卷心菜，放入了一个特大号的Ziploc（一加仑）, 加料凉白开，花椒，盐，泡椒，再掏上两勺我的老坛泡菜水（做引子），看上去过两天就可以泡好放入冰箱了。烤肉吃腻了，来上两口香鲜松脆的泡菜，这滋味没得说啊！


 

 

这回算我狠： 这应该算一个菜了吧？周末被邀去上州人家爬梯，说好每户要带上一个菜。
