起司球

上过一道起司球，有网友问我要详细的流程图。 其实这道点心实在太容易，根本说不上有什么流程，不过昨天再做的时候，我还是拍了下来。

原料：鸡蛋2个，2/3杯油，1杯半牛奶，一整袋菱粉（tapioca starch, 也叫木薯粉，400k）,1整袋8oz起司（grated），2tsp 盐巴。

 

做法： 1。鸡蛋、油、牛奶、起司用搅拌器打匀。


2。加入菱粉、盐巴，打匀。


3。打好的糊糊倒入烤盘（要先抹油），我用的是mini muffin pan。 烤箱预热400°F，烤15 分钟。


要乘热吃最香口，外壳香脆，内里软糯又chewy，加上满嘴浓浓的起司奶香，幸福喔。
