给孩子们做的年饭

这个周末孩子们都回家了， 赶快补上一个年饭，儿子返校五个星期就瘦了十磅回来，心疼，赶快补上，

 

 

 

卤鸭

头天做卤鸭，鸭在卤汁里泡过夜，，

 

 

 

 

烤脆皮鸡

鸡在糖盐水里泡一天一夜， 取出，架起来风干一夜， 刷糖水， 再吹干， 刷油， 400F烤40分钟，

又香又嫩的鸡， 好棒。

 

 

 

 

 

粉蒸肉，也是我的看家菜，

 

 

 

这次用了，1杯糯米，一杯日本短米，一杯韩国糙米，用了红皮土豆垫底，

很满意。

 

 

 

韩式烤牛仔骨

用了买的酱腌过夜，外面烤的，

 

 

 

Hamachi 生鱼片:

 

 

蚝油芥兰

 

卤罗卜，用卤鸭的汁卤的

 

 

泡罗卜：

解腻的

 

酸菜肉丝炒年糕：

 

 

 

芋艿排骨汤：

老公的最爱，

 

 

 

甜点：

糯米豆沙慈团， 买的
