节日美食：爬梯好煮意

12/27，有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎，于是招呼了一干老校友们吃喝，算是过圣诞晚宴，这晚乃迟到之意，其实是午宴哈，亦可算是提前过新年。

酱爆藕片（老干妈辣酱＋甜面酱），这个很适合爬梯做，可以提前做出来，不怕吃凉的。：

炒素什锦（菠菜，胡萝卜丝，木耳，腐肠，黄豆芽）：

芥末拌木耳蒟蒻，（酱油和日本绿芥末），开胃菜，爬梯凉菜很合适得哟：

卤牛腱：

鸡肉蘑菇洋葱馅子的酥皮包子。鸡胸切片用Italian seasoning腌一夜入味，第二天和炒香的蘑菇洋葱，拌成馅子，phyllo dough做皮子，有点象鸡肉 wellington。这个做了两大条哈。其实应当不放蘑菇更好，蘑菇比较爱出水，皮子不容易从下到上烤的层层酥。

剁椒开屏鱼。：

西班牙海鲜饭，这个是主角哈。

果盘：

自制的Jello Flan cake，这是第一次做，味道很赞，但卖相做的不够漂亮：

这是后面新年爬梯，又做了一次带去盆友家宴的，非常成功：

截面是如此惊艳，红彤彤的过节非常喜气。也很适合大鱼大肉后解腻。 等下专门上一帖写做法：

那天朋友们还带了两个蛋糕。于是就有了三糕斗艳的佳话。
