作业：南扬子的气锅鸡

跟风买了气锅，正好招待小客人们。

食材：整鸡一只，山药，胡萝卜，香菇

调料：葱姜，八角，料酒，糖盐

做法：鸡斩块，加葱姜，八角，糖盐和料酒淹两小时。山药胡萝卜去皮切大块，干香菇发好。以上材料入气锅锅，坐在适当大小的桶锅上，中火一个半小时。
