湘味家常菜之：凉拌猪耳

曾几何时，我切一只猪耳要花十五分钟，所以不喜欢常做。等到我买到喜欢的厨房玩具，包括得心应手的刀具，我切一只猪耳就花三分钟，所以吃凉拌猪耳就不费事啦。老公和虎姐特好吃这道凉拌菜，一般是我卤好，切好备用；老公做来吃。但老公是个不回家的人，我要吃他做的菜不知道要等到猴年马月，今天我做好啦:)     谢谢朋友们！
