分享一个保存香菜等的方法：

超市里买回来的香菜和葱等，来不及吃，很容易坏，不少煮夫煮妇估计都为此伤脑筋吧，这个方法可以让香菜至少保存两周都不会坏.

买回来的香菜摘洗干净，找一安全性的孰料容器，带盖的，放约两英寸的水，香菜根部朝下，盖上盖子，放冰箱冷藏室. 所有类似的herbs都可以用这方法.这个方法是网上看到的，前辈还对几种保存方法做了论文级别的试验对比，最后结论这个方法是最好的，感谢前辈的分享.-----网络时代，要善于借鉴他人的知识学习他人的知识，感谢：））
