田园时光：闻到年味儿了--鱼形年糕

 

       这纯属田园私房做法，蒸好后切片，裹上蛋液稍微煎一下吃，本人很喜欢这样的口感和

味道。

       喜欢软糯的，你可以用糯米粉。使用色素是为了图方便，很多更健康的方法，比如用红

色蔬菜汁等
