家常豆腐

这是一道非常惹味，做法简便且营养丰富的家常菜式，类似“彭家豆腐“的做法，在材料和做法上稍做调整。

材料 ：硬豆腐（切粗片入油里炸至呈金黄色 ），草菇，虾米，猪肉片（用少许太白粉，盐，料酒稍腌后泡嫩油），蒜白/蒜青切片，朝天椒。

调味料 ：蒜蓉豆豉酱一大匙，辣豆辨酱半大匙，生抽/料酒适量，高汤 一饭碗，香醋数滴，太白粉水。

做法 ：两大匙油烧热，放进虾米爆香后加肉片/草菇，蒜蓉豆豉酱/辣豆辨酱拌炒片刻。加入高汤，豆腐，其它调味料烧煮7-8分钟，放进蒜白/蒜青片/朝天椒拌均，以太白粉水勾芡即可。
