小黄鱼煎蛋

这种小黄花鱼用盐腌过后晒半干，风味绝佳，简单的煎过即是送粥下酒的极品。。。

偶尔蛋疼也会搞点花样，见笑了。。。

材料 ： 小黄花鱼，鸡蛋，葱花，盐，白胡椒粉。

做法 ： 5大匙油烧热，放进黄鱼煎至两面呈金黄色，拆肉去刺； 鸡蛋加盐，白胡椒粉，葱花打散； 两大匙油烧热，倒进蛋液煎成饼状，铺上黄鱼肉，上盖以微火烘至定型即可。
