Clay pot, induction stove top

Ceramic, medium size, 12 inches diameter.
One cup rice with two cups water. 1.5 cups of water if you want rice harder.
Put lid on, bring it to a boil then turn it off fully. I can hear it boiling inside.
Leave it there for 20 to 30 minutes, done.
My stovetop is electric conduction
so even when turned off it continues heating up for 10 to 15 minutes.
It cooks pasta perfectly using the same method. Add water, spaghetti sauce,
pasta and vegetables, boil, turn off, wait 20 minutes till done. Perfect.
I've never bought a rice cooker since any simple flat pan can do the same.
Rice cooker takes too much counter space.
