松茸熏肉煲仔饭

材料 ：松茸，熏五花肉，鸡蛋，葱段，卤汁，米。


做法 ：1.米洗净置砂锅里，注入适量清水，一匙油，浸泡30分钟；松茸/烧肉切片，和葱段一起放进煎盘快速翻炒片刻，捞起备用；鸡蛋煎成溏心荷包蛋；2.将砂锅里米饭煮熟，铺上所有材料继续焖5分钟，淋上卤汁即可。

揭盖后那股香气令人食欲大振。。。
