奶味花生牛轧糖

奶粉 200克 棉花糖 300克花生 300克· 黄油 90克

1. 花生仁放入烤盘，烤箱预热180度，烤8-10分钟，凉凉，去皮

2. 准备好棉花糖、奶粉和黄油

二、制作过程

1.将黄油切丁，放入平底锅(不粘锅)中，小火加热至融化

2.将棉花糖倒入，搅拌至棉花糖融化

3.倒入奶粉，用铲子轻轻搅拌至全部融化

4.倒入花生米，搅拌均匀

5.将搅拌好的牛轧糖团倒出，放入铺有油纸的模具内

6.油纸平铺，将牛轧糖团倒在油纸上，另铺另一张油纸，用擀面杖擀平

7.冷却，用刀切小块即可 

烹饪技巧

1、锅子一定要选择不粘锅，否则糖粘的到处是，不容易操作。

2、火一定要小，不然要糊掉。

3、果仁可以根据个人喜欢调换。
