自制“方便面”

孩子在外地读书，听说有上顿没下顿的，再去看看我们共享的亚马逊帐户，小家伙居然网购了方便面充饥。虽然自己读书的时候也是这么过来的，但看到孩子啃方便面，当妈的可有点不愿意。好嘛，反正都是送货的，俺就当个“阿妈逊” 好了。

用 KA 和它的附件做的全蛋面，开水下面，煮个 7、8 分程度，捞起，沥干，我用的是LC 小号的1.25Qt 的Saucepan 当油锅，放入相当于 1／4  锅高的油量，把油加热，用漏勺把沥干的一部分面条放到锅里油炸，用筷子拨拉一下使面条均匀受热。油炸的过程要小心，面条会膨胀，油会突然冒很高，甚至溢出锅子，一看到油开始冒，就赶紧把面提离油面，等油恢复“平静”后再下去炸一下，所以一次面不要放进去太多，到底多少，每家得自己试试看了。等面条充分膨胀后起锅，沥干油，待冷，就可以入袋装箱邮寄啦。

当然我也留了点给在身边的臭小子吃。面加点高汤，调个味道，加点海鲜一起烤一下，加个生菜沙拉，很快一顿打发啦！

过几天听到老大给我电话道谢，说面用起来很方便，炒面、下汤，甚至直接当饼干嚼都好吃，我拍拍自己肩膀，对自己说“这阿妈还不算逊”
