家常小烹：妩媚的豆腐，火辣的馄饨

上几个自家玩玩的菜。知道这是啥？

是豆腐镶肉，那潭碧绿的湖水是asparagus打碎和鸡汤煮的。

豆腐用的是这种，中间用小cookie cutter挖空，填上馅子：

上锅蒸：

蒸好浇上汤汁即可：

调多的馅子，用冰箱里剩的半包饺子皮包了两碗巨馅的饺子，做酸汤水饺，汤里加了木耳，黄花，笋丝，辣油，香醋，撒上葱花，：

还剩了些皮子，包了这些元宝馄饨，冻起来日后享用，还象吧：

凉拌甜菜头：甜菜头切片，把油用花椒，八角，干辣椒，炸香，调上酱油，糖，醋。夏天吃很爽口：
