猪脚面线

 

炖好一锅猪蹄，午饭就是猪脚面线啦！再烫上一个青菜，简单快捷。

 

材料：

1 碗 卤猪脚/红烧猪脚 加汤汁

1 把面线

1/2 tsp 葱酥

 

我用了昨天做的百叶结烧猪蹄。

 

煮滚一锅水，把面线烫熟， 一口小碗里加入葱酥（我会先把葱酥入微波炉加热20秒，更香）。倒入卤汁，然后把烫好的面线加入，拌匀，然后把猪脚块放到面线上，撒上一些葱花，就可以开吃啦！
